Port Hedland Primary School

Port Hedland Primary school is located in the far North-West of Western Australia situated along the coastline. The population is approxiametly 15,000 with the town centered around the mining of Iron Ore. Port Hedland Primary School is one of five primary schools within the town. The number of students attending the school is 400 with this changing often throughout the year due to employment.

There are around 40 staff members who work with the school and cater for students needs from Year's K-7 with 18 classes altogether. Port Hedland Primary School aims to develop each child's academic, social and physical needs in a supportive environment.
