Dylon - Check my reply to Alex for the answer to your question about the echidnas defence.
Matthew - The echidnas tongue is up to 17cm long.
Tamara - Rosenbergs are brown with yellow spots/stripes. There is a photo of one in the photographs sections.
Maria - The lifespan of an echidna: The oldest echidna in captivity recorded was over 50 years old.
Anthony - KI was once attached to the mainland. It separated from the mainland over 10'000 years ago.
Annabelle - The environment necessary for the survival of the Rosenbergs goanna needs to have water, food and shelter.
Annabelle - Echidnas measure between 30 & 45cm from the snout to the tail.
